Despite the current tech skills shortage in New Zealand, Entelar Group has managed to defy the odds and add more than 150 new employees to our ranks in the last 12 months alone, so in this episode, we talk about the challenge of finding staff in 2024. Raj offers a few insights into building a large multicultural workforce, and they discuss the benefits that new skill sets and perspectives bring to a fast-growing technology company.
